Welcome to the Global Health Master's Program!

Welcome also to the Master's program in global health and the first course of the program MGH101 Global health challenges in an interdisciplinary context at the University of Gothenburg.

The course will begin on August 28 and ends on October 31, 2023 (see schedule, assignments, literature list etc to the left under 'Modules'). It focuses on how the social, economic and biomedical determinants of global health challenges can be understood, prevented and addressed. Apart from readings and lectures, the course consists of practical workshops, individual writings, seminars with oral presentations and peer feedback. 

This platform for your studies, Canvas, will be updated and kept as the main source and forum for information throughout your studies, so please keep attention to what's communicated here!
